Servo Electric Door System Solution

The Servo Electric Door System is a safety door control solution for injection molding machines, comprising the IS100 door drive and ISMD dedicated servo motor. It integrates door opening/closing logic control with motor drive control - external systems only need to provide open/close commands to control the entire door system. Features include no wiring requirements, debug-free operation, and adaptive fast yet smooth door control.

Direct Drive Servo Motor

• Uses direct drive servo motor with encoder feedback. Direct drive enables more responsive and precise control; compact size and light weight facilitate easy installation and maintenance.

Drive Unit

• The drive features built-in programmable door motion curves for smoother injection molding machine door operation. With integrated encoder for real-time position detection, the door curves allow free setting of 4 transition points: open limit, open deceleration, close deceleration, and close limit. Reduces programming workload for injection molding machine computers.

Reliable Anti-pinch Function

• Reliable anti-pinch function eliminates need for safety strips. Through precise motor torque detection, when output torque reaches set value, the door automatically reopens for pinch protection.

• The system complies with elevator industry national standard GB-7588 requirements, proven through long-term mass application in elevator door systems, and fully meets 2009 injection molding machine new standards. Intelligent door width self-learning function eliminates two deceleration switches.

Integrated Encoder

• With built-in encoder, the drive only requires one-time door width self-learning during initial power-up to automatically record door width, eliminating manual setup. Door limit positions and deceleration points can be set based on door width, reducing two deceleration proximity switches - lowering costs while eliminating two potential failure points.
