On May 13, 2022, Ningbo Yishitong Technology Co., Ltd. successfully carried out pre job training for new employees in the first half of 2022. With the attention and support of our leadership team, the Human Resources Department took the lead and collaborated with various functional departments to arrange a unique pre job training course for new employees.

       In order to enable new employees to understand the company, master the relevant rules and regulations and work processes, adapt to the work environment, and take the first step towards success, this training will be conducted in six major areas: company introduction, personnel system, information security, expense reimbursement, administrative management, and security education.

      The training instructors took turns to participate, with humor and wit. The new employees listened attentively, and the scene was exciting and diverse.
 

      At the meeting, General Manager Xia Qinghua warmly welcomed the new employees to join the Eastman family. General Manager Xia shared his life insights and gains at different stages based on his own growth journey.

Through this training, the direction and code of conduct of employees have been further clarified. It is believed that new employees have gained a preliminary understanding and knowledge of the basic situation, management system, and other aspects of Eslite, enhancing their sense of belonging and identification with the company.
