On February 3rd, during the rising period of the epidemic, medical supplies were extremely scarce, and it was difficult to find a cover in the market. One after another, letters of help from hospitals were published in major media outlets.

The enthusiastic alumni of Fudan University Alumni Association in Ningbo have established a material group to connect the hospital with epidemic prevention materials, including Mr. Xia, a Fudan alumnus of Yishitong. Mr. Xia said that Yishitong will fully assist in the donation of medical supplies - striving to safeguard frontline medical personnel!

At that time, logistics in the Ningbo area had not yet resumed work. The company quickly established a volunteer team, consisting of six volunteers, to orderly allocate donated materials and safely and effectively deliver them to major frontline hospitals in Ningbo.

After the first batch of materials was donated, major hospitals in Ningbo expressed that these materials can be regarded as timely assistance. This also aroused the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of "Dan You" and the people of Yishitong to further deliver supplies to the hospital. In times of difficulty, support is sought from all sides. In the face of a shortage of resources in China, the Fudan University Alumni Association in Ningbo has contacted Indonesian compatriots, hoping that they can find some available resources locally.

After the unremitting efforts of the 'Dan Friends', we finally obtained the Indonesian material channel and flew 3 tons of materials to Ningbo! Including various medical epidemic prevention materials such as masks, protective clothing, surgical gowns, gloves, etc., a total of 279 boxes and 322690 pieces!

Due to the large amount of materials, the Ningbo Charity Federation personally provided guidance and supervision on customs clearance, transportation, and container sorting. 3 tons of supplies are planned to be divided and sent to major hospitals in Ningbo and other domestic hospitals in urgent need of supplies.

As a leading enterprise in the plastic machinery industry, Yishitong has a complete set of goods storage, packing, and logistics systems. On February 9th, as soon as the plane of Indonesian compatriots arrived in Ningbo, Eslite opened the door of Building 9. Six volunteers from the warehouse department with experience in fast delivery waited early at the entrance of Building 9, and joined forces with volunteers from the Fudan Alumni Association and staff from the Ningbo Charity Federation to engage in a rapid battle for material sorting.

At the peak of the epidemic, Eastone also invested 480000 yuan to purchase 4000 sets of medical protective clothing with the efforts of Fudan University Alumni Association in Ningbo, which took off from Türkiye and transferred to Shanghai via Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.

However, after the goods arrived in Baku on February 8th, the news came to a standstill. Under the epidemic, the cargo at Baku Airport is piled up like a mountain, with over 300 tons of backlog waiting to be shipped. However, Azerbaijan Silk Road Airlines' daily shipping capacity is only over 10 tons. According to the schedule, this batch of protective clothing will need to wait for more than a month before it can fly into the country.

Domestic doctors are looking forward to this batch of protective clothing, and "friends" cannot help but be anxious! They began to establish a green channel for this batch of life-saving supplies: Eastern Airlines Logistics, Azerbaijan Silk Road Airlines, Fudan University Swiss Alumni Association. Through the efforts of alumni at all levels, Mr. Vugar Mammadov, Vice President of Silk Road Airlines, finally received help and was concerned about the fight against the epidemic. He immediately organized coordination.

After being stranded in Baku for 2 weeks, the goods arrived at Shanghai Pudong Airport on February 23rd and arrived at Istron on February 24th! After countless twists and turns, it is undeniable that with everyone's efforts, the anti epidemic supplies have finally arrived!
