2021 Huichuan Technology&Yishitong Regional Exchange Conference Enters Yiwu

       The 2021 Inovance Technology & EST Regional Exchange Meeting is in full swing. For the second stop, we came to the charming city of Yiwu, known for its integrity, inclusiveness, and innovative spirit. We gathered with agents and customer colleagues at the Yiwu Xingfu Lake International Convention Center to explore smart factories and discuss control systems.

      Before the meeting started, various agents and customer colleagues gathered around the exhibition booth to learn about and discuss EST's third-generation intelligent injection molding machine control system solution, the Dream series advanced all-(hybrid) electric servo control system, and the iLink Cloud Factory. On-site staff focused on answering questions regarding aspects customers were interested in.

       At the exchange meeting, Yan Feng, Deputy Director of EST's Sales and Service Management Department, first took the stage to share insights on the theme "Trends in Factory Intelligence and Control Technology". Director Yan's humorous opening remarks quickly engaged the audience. He then reviewed the background of Industry 4.0, pointedly noting that with the advent of an aging society and the loss of young talent within the industry, the plastics machinery industry is inevitably shifting from functionality towards intelligence.
 

·03 Discussing Technical Challenges ·
 

       Subsequently, Product Manager Li Caibo presented the "Application Introduction of the Excellence System". Engineer Li explained the development process of the Excellence System from theory to practice, from R&D to market launch. He combined this with discussing faults and alarms that injection molding machines might encounter on-site, and how to predict and quickly handle them. This presentation won frequent applause from the guests present.

      The meeting concluded with a presentation by Product Manager Fan Zhouyi on the "Application Introduction of the Internet of Things". Engineer Fan clearly and concisely depicted the blueprint for the future intelligence of the injection molding machine industry. It is believed that with the support of iLink, intelligence, visualization, customization... can all be achieved one by one.
